Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 10 July 2025 and are effective from that date onward.
By registering for or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Overview
The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Heidi Niemi & Co™” refer to Niemi Heidi Anneli, a company incorporated under Italian law, with its principal office at San Casciano In Val di Pesa (FI), Italy, VAT/Tax Code: 07148980480.
The terms “Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to our business customers and any other users of our services.
The term “Services” refers to our training courses, coaching programs, memberships, templates Dolce Société™ membership and platform, and any other products or services offered through our members-only online platform (hereinafter “Platform”) and any related digital properties and services.
Use of the Services
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your business or organization. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use our Services.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any content (“Content”) provided on our Platform at any time and without prior notice. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our Content, we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. Heidi Niemi & Co™ accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the Content.
Heidi Niemi & Co™ is based in Italy. Content may not be suitable or lawful outside of Italy. If you access our Platform from outside Italy, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
Ordering Services
We aim to describe and present our Services as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, our Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, which we reserve the right to correct at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order placed for Services or products listed with incorrect information or pricing.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing details about the delivery or access to the Services or products. If you notice any errors in this confirmation, you must inform us immediately.
Refusal of Services
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service to any person or entity at any time and for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation. An order is not considered accepted by us until payment has been received and processed. We may modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, provided that we fulfill our obligations for Services already paid for.
Account Creation
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account, providing your name, email address, and other relevant contact details. You agree to provide only truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. Impersonation or use of an email address that is not your own is strictly prohibited. Your account must not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you must comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction and of Italy when using our Services.
Lawful Use
You may use our Services solely for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all purchases made by you or on your behalf through Heidi Niemi & Co™ You agree to use the Platform and purchase Services and products for legitimate, non-infringing purposes only. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any content through the Platform that violates the rights of others or is unlawful.
Cancellations, Refunds & Payment Plans
Purchases of Services, products, or event tickets may or may not be eligible for a refund, as specified in the specific terms for each Service. Access to purchased Services and products is valid only for the period for which fees have been paid, and extensions are not guaranteed. Any bonuses or additional offers are non-refundable and may be withdrawn at any time.
Certain programs and memberships, including but not limited to coaching packages, VIP days, Quiz audit sessions, are strictly non-refundable. By enrolling in a payment plan for such Services, you commit to completing all scheduled payments.
Each Service or product may have its own refund policy detailed on its respective sales or registration page. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.
If you cancel your participation in a Service or product for which you have agreed to a payment plan, you remain responsible for paying the outstanding balance in full. Your payment obligation is not waived upon cancellation.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount. The interest rate will be calculated in accordance with Article 1284 of the Italian Civil Code or any applicable statutory rate.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not as a business or for business purposes), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code.
However, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, you lose your right of withdrawal if you have expressly requested the immediate provision of the digital content or service and have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun. By ticking the relevant checkbox at checkout and accessing the digital content/service, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal and all sales are final.
Dolce Société™ Cancellation and Refund Policy
Trial Subscription
If you are participating in a trial subscription, you may cancel your trial at any time by contacting our support team at team at hello@heidiniemi.co.. Please provide at least three (3) days’ notice before the end of your trial period to ensure your account is closed before any charges are incurred.
To avoid being charged for a paid subscription following your trial, you must submit your cancellation request with sufficient notice before your trial renewal date. We do not provide refunds for charges incurred due to late cancellation requests.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing our support team at hello@heidiniemi.co. Please provide at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to your next billing date to process your cancellation in time.
New users on a monthly subscription are eligible for a full refund if they cancel and request a refund within the first fourteen (14) days of their initial subscription. This is our money-back guarantee for new monthly subscribers only and does not apply to annual subscriptions.
After the first 14 days, or for returning or existing users, refunds are not available. You may still cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent renewal after the initial 12-month term. However, no refunds are provided for annual subscriptions once payment has been processed, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.
If you wish to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, please contact our support team at least three (3) days before your next monthly billing date to allow time for the change to be processed. Switching from an annual to a monthly subscription is not possible during the initial 12-month period. At the end of your annual subscription, you may request to move to a monthly plan.
General Terms
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@heidiniemi.co.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform and any paid services until the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.
- Heidi Niemi & Co™ reserves the right to amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
Payment
Customers are required to pay for their products, services and membership at the time of purchase and subsequently on the same date each month for recurring memberships. Membership access and related services are contingent upon successful payment. If a payment is not received or is declined, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and remove your access to all Heidi Niemi & Co™ and Dolce Société™ platforms, resources, and communities.
If your payment fails, our system will typically attempt to process the payment again every three (3) days using your existing payment method. We reserve the right to manually retry failed payments at any time using your current or any newly added payment methods to recover outstanding balances.
Payment providers
The payments are provides through Nexi, Stripe or PayPal.
Heidi Niemi & Co™ is not responsible for any late payment fees or charges incurred due to failed payments or payment processing by third-party providers such as PayPal. If you pay via PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date. Should you cancel your membership, you are responsible for cancelling any recurring payments directly with PayPal to prevent further charges.
We do not accept cheques or other forms of payment not expressly listed on our website. All purchases and agreements will be suspended until any outstanding amounts are paid in full.
Please review the privacy policy of your chosen payment provider, such as PayPal, for information on how your payment data is handled.
All materials, products, and content provided within the membership remain the exclusive property of Heidi Niemi& Co™ and are not to be reproduced, distributed, or shared outside the membership without prior written consent.
Pricing and VAT
Please note that our company is currently based in Italy and operates under the Italian tax regime for small businesses.
All prices are currently VAT exempt pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89 of Italian Law no. 190 of 23 December 2014 (regime forfettario), as the company is not presently VAT registered.
If the VAT status changes in the future, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing to include applicable VAT charges, in accordance with the relevant laws.
For EU-based business customers with a valid VAT number, intra-community sales will be processed without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism. For EU-based consumers and non-EU customers, the applicable VAT will be calculated and added according to current EU VAT rules. You will be notified in advance if any changes to pricing or VAT application occur.
Invoices & Receipts
Customers will receive a payment receipt automatically by email after each successful transaction.
For card payments, receipts are issued via Stripe and include full transaction details.
For PayPal payments, receipts are issued directly by PayPal and sent to the email address associated with the payment.
HL Location Transfers
Heidi Niemi & Co™ provides access to exclusive templates, swipe copy, and resources that are uniquely designed for our platform and are not available through other High Level (HL) agencies. For this reason, we do not permit direct location transfers of your Dolce Société™ account to another HL agency. However, you may export your funnels, websites, membership products, and contact data for use in a new location, subject to our export procedures and restrictions.
Restrictions on Competing Agencies
Owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates of competing HL agencies are strictly prohibited from registering for, accessing, or using Heidi Niemi & Co™ or Dolce Société™, or from soliciting or working with our users. Any attempt to harass, solicit, or interfere with our users, employees, contractors, or affiliates is grounds for immediate termination of access and may result in legal action. This restriction applies for a period of 12 months following the end of any access to our platform.
Working with External Assistants or Agencies
While we recognize that users may seek assistance from third-party companies or freelancers to manage their Heidi Niem & Co™ or Dolce Société™ accounts, please note:
- Such external providers are not endorsed or affiliated with Heidi Niemi & Co™.
- Each outside agency or assistant may work with a maximum of 10 client accounts per unique login email at any one time. This limit is in place to protect user data and maintain platform security.
- All external providers must comply with Heidi Niemi & Co’s data protection and privacy policies, including GDPR requirements.
- The Heidi Niemi & Co™ support team reserves the right to work directly with agencies or assistants to ensure compliance, and to restrict or revoke access if necessary.
Third-Party Applications
Heidi Niemi & Co™ and Dolce Société™ may provide access to third-party applications through our platform for your convenience. These applications are developed and maintained by independent third parties, not by Heidi Niemi & Co™. By choosing to install or use any third-party app, you acknowledge and agree that Heidi Niemi & Co™ is not responsible or liable for any issues, damages, data loss, or other consequences arising from the use of such apps. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party applications before use. By using any third-party apps or services integrated into our platform, you agree to abide by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property and License
Unless otherwise specified, all intellectual property rights in the materials, templates, and content provided on Heidi Niemi & Co and Dolce Société™ are owned by Heidi Niemi & Co™ or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may access and use these materials solely for your own internal business or personal use, subject to the following restrictions:
You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any Heidi Niemi& Co™ or Dolce Société™ content, except as expressly permitted by these terms or with our prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
User Comments and Content
Heidi Niemi & Co™ and Dolce Société™ may provide opportunities for users to post comments, feedback, or other content in certain areas of the platform. Please note:
- We do not pre-screen or regularly review user comments before they appear on the platform.
- Comments reflect only the views and opinions of the person posting them, not those of Heidi Niemi & Co™, its agents, or affiliates.
- Heidi Niemi & Co™ is not liable for any comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses arising from their use or appearance on the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
- We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
By posting comments or content, you warrant and represent that:
- You have all necessary rights and permissions to post the content.
- The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- The content is not defamatory, offensive, indecent, unlawful, or an invasion of privacy.
- The content will not be used for commercial solicitation or unlawful activities.
- You grant Heidi Niemi & Co™ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce, and edit your posted content in any and all forms, formats, or media.
Organizations Permitted to Link

You may not settle any third-party claim without our prior written consent.
